If you’re partway through a yearly contract with another system, we’ll offset the value left on it, so you aren’t paying for two systems while it runs out. Tell us about it on the introductory call.

Questions on price.
What is a head-day?
One animal on your books for one day. Feedlot and Farm count every animal once a day; a calf on a farm counts from the day it’s weaned.
Which calves are free on Farm?
Every calf until it’s weaned, whether it has been marked or not. From weaning it counts like any other head.
How does Producer’s price work?
You pay once for each animal, in the month it’s added, and that covers its whole time with you. It’s $0.99 if you already pay for the animal on your own Farm or Feedlot account, and $2.99 if you don’t.
When are we billed?
At the end of each month, in arrears, plus GST. Feedlot and Farm bill the month’s head-days; Producer bills the animals added that month.
Is there a contract?
No. Every product runs month to month, with no commitment and no minimum.
Do setup, users or support cost extra?
No. Onboarding, data import, training, device integrations and support are included, and so is everyone on your team.
Is hardware included?
Connecting your scales, EID readers and weighbridge is included. The hardware itself is not.
